Educational products may be purchased through different specialized websites in the Vanguard network. The refund policy and product terms displayed on the relevant website at checkout apply to that order.
Digital products
Because digital educational products can be delivered or accessed electronically, refund rights may be affected once access has been supplied, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Requesting assistance
To ask about an order, use the Contact page and provide your full name, email address, order number, and the website or platform used. Do not include payment card details in your message.
Review process
Requests are assessed against the terms attached to the relevant product and the circumstances of the order. Submission of a request does not by itself confirm eligibility or approval.
